FDA Freedom of Information Request Log
Every year, the Food and Drug Administration sends out ten of thousands of documents in response to Freedom Of Information Act Requests: inspection reports and 483s, drug approval reviews, device 510(k)s, industry/FDA correspondence and much more. Any one of these requests could name your company or your competitors. FDA won't tell you. FOI Services' FDA Freedom of Information Log will.
Published weekly, the FDA Freedom of Information Log lets you track who's asking the FDA about you...,and your competitors. Presented in an easy-to-read format, the date, name/affiliation of the requestor, and topic are included for each request — delivered in your choice of paper or email (PDF).
You can use this information to obtain a copy of the original request, FDA's response letter or FDA's entire response. (FOI can place these requests on your behalf! Please call 301-975-9400 for details.) You need never let others get your information from the FDA without your knowledge again! $549.00 per year.

Index of FDA Warning Letters
The FDA issues warning letters (formerly called regulatory letters or notices of adverse findings) to serve as notices of serious non-compliance with FDA regulations.
The Index of FDA Warning Letters provides a weekly listing of all of the regulatory letters issued by the agency, including the company and products involved, as well as the alleged violation. This enables the reader to track those areas of FDA regulatory interest, as well as keeping track of what is happening to the competition. $399.00 per year.
